End User Licence Agreement

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using ProDriverSoft Driver Updater (“Software"), you agree to be bound by this End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. Licence grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, ProDriverSoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on computers that you own or control.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where permitted by law;
• rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software;
• remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Software.

4. Trial and subscription

The free trial version allows you to scan your system and preview available driver updates. A paid licence is required to download and install updates. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Driver updates

The Software identifies installed drivers and shows available updates. You choose which updates to install. ProDriverSoft recommends creating a system restore point before installing any driver update. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party driver installations.

6. Backup and restore

The Software may create backups of existing drivers before updating them. While we provide restore functionality, you remain responsible for maintaining your own system backups.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided “as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProDriverSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Software.

9. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. ProDriverSoft may terminate your licence immediately if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

10. Governing law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
